Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on every order. Shipping is already included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Delivery times

Internationally fulfilled products: most of our products are dispatched by our international fulfilment partner. Estimated UK delivery is 10–18 working days from dispatch.

UK stock products: some products ship from a UK warehouse. Where this applies, the product page says “Ships from UK stock” and shows that item’s estimated delivery time.

Each product page tells you which applies before you order. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier or customs delays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Orders with more than one item

If your order includes items from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels.
